Returns

  • You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • To start a return, please contact our support team at support@kindrz.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Once your request is approved, we’ll provide you with the return shipping details.

Refunds

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • You can exchange an item for a different size or color (if available).

  • Exchanges follow the same process as returns.

Non-Returnable Items

  • For hygiene reasons, certain items such as socks, underwear, or accessories cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

Damaged or Wrong Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll replace or refund your item immediately.
